Unable to open and image directly from Lightroom into Photoshop for editing. Photoshop CC 2017 grayed out. Any suggestions how to fix this?

For some reason I am unable to open an image directly from Lightroom into Photoshop for more extensive editing, any ideas why Photoshop would be grayed out when control clicking into Edit In tab?

Use the CC DTA to uninstall and reinstall PS 2017.
