Most of my Adobe Draw project files went missing when I logged out for the first time! Backup didn't sync! Help!

Has anyone had this issue and found the missing files?

Hi Roland.

I'm sorry your work disappeared; I know it's super upsetting.  It sounds like maybe when you signed out of the app you signed back in with a different Adobe ID. I know this sounds super basic, but SO many people have more than one account. A few questions:

Have you ever used another email address for an Adobe product?

Do you by any chance have a work account and a personal account?

Do you have any other Adobe apps on this same device that could have automatically logged you in with a different account?
