Soap WSDL - Product_UpdateInsert failing for the last 6 days

Hi for the last year I've been using a C# app to upload products to BC, using the CatalystEcommerceWebserviceSoap, WSDL and has been working fine, but since last week I can continue to download the full product list, but when i try to re-upload the same product list all product fails, With the message, "Server was unable to process request. ---> ERROR: Import process failed on record [0] and reported [ There was a system error. ]." then the usual error of 1) Mandatory columns, 2) right number of columns, 3) Line breaks appear at the end of each line and not within the line, product pricing etc.

Has anyone else had a similar sort of issue or can suggest some ways to remedy it, I would have thought if the product is loaded in BC and all I'm doing is downloading it and re-uploading i would expect it to work, the client hasn't been able to help with any info to suggest a change or update that would have caused all products to no longer upload.

Not having any issues here, take a look at the XML and make sure there isn't a syntax error or a stray < > messing things up. You might also want to try just one product and see if that sync's.

Thanks TheBCMan, but still no products can load, I've tried loading every item individually and all 1704 items fail, so I can't see how all worked one day and then all failed the next, it doesn't make sense.

Below is the product details retrieved from BC, I then put the same data in the Product UpdateInsert and it fails, I would love to know if someone is able to load the exact below data into their BC system.

The format for Product_Update is different than the receive, if you are sending this XML to the product update end point it will fail. Take a look at the structure it needs (it is also case sensitive so be careful!)
