How can I fix the sound when editing in Adobe Preview 15 using Windows 10?  Sound is broken up in editing function but makes perfect DVD.

Are you talking about Premiere Elements, Premiere Pro, or something else?

I am using Premier Elements 15. I would appreciate your help. The sound

when editing shows up in the sound line but the speech (and even music)

breaks up badly. However, it makes a perfect disk. If I back up a few

seconds and play that part again, the sound may then play smooth but

continues to break up throughout the movie. This makes it harder to edit.
