Photo Shop does not start up

I have not used Photo Shop (PS) in about two moths.

I recently switched to the limted version of PS and Light Room.

Tonight I tried to use PS, and PS keeps shutting down for no  known reason.

There is no error message.other than saying PS is not working properly and is shutting down.

I've rebooted the PC and have tried to restart teh application, but I stil get the same shutdown message.

Anyone have any suggestions?
