How to view signature responses in single document

I have Acrobat Pro DC, but not Acrobat Sign. I found a way to prepare a document and send it as a test to four approvers for signatures via email. The Tracker kept saying I'd be able to view all signatures together on one document, but after all the signatures were collected, clicking View Responses just brings me to a page with all the responses listed, but no direction on how to get them onto one document. Most search roads lead to Acrobat Sign, not this other avenue. I tried validating the signatures. This signature process seems like it should be easier than setting up a workflow in SharePoint, which is my other option. Acrobat was easy until it stopped providing steps on how to complete the merged document. I was really hoping I'd end up with a single PDF with 4 signatures on it. Help?

Thanks,

Shawn
