Scrolling with different videos instead of pictures

Hi, I have seen several web sites with pictures and text. When somebody school down, the picture starts to disappear to scroll and a text box appears. It is not a regular scroll when everything (text and picture) moves, and the text and picture scroll up and down at different speed.

My question is: Is it possible to replace the still pictures with videos. So, a page may have several text boxes and videos, that will scroll like pictures. Do you know a widgets that could do that? Thanks
