Hallo,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Ich habe das Cloud abo mit Photoshop und Lightroom.

Lightroom startet ohne Probleme unter mein Betriebssystem Win 10

Photoshop startet nur zur Oberfläche und dann kommt die Fehlermeldung das, dass Programm nicht einwandfrei arbeitet und

ich bescheid bekomme wenn eine Lösung vorhanden ist. Standard Fenster von Windows, aber es sollte eigentlich arbeiten.... weil ich habe es nochmal deinstalliert

neu installiert und PC neu gestartet. Für Hilfe bin ich dankbar.

Photoshop starts just to the surface and then the error message comes that that program is not working and

I know can get if a solution is available. Standard window of Windows, but it should actually work... because I've uninstalled it again

reinstalled and restarted PC. I am grateful for help.

Uninstall Photoshop again, and use the Cleaner tool before reinstalling.
