Have you installed the Application Manager? 

Note: the link below automatically changes to Adobe NZ which is my area.  If it does not adjust for your area, Google 'Creative Cloud Application Manager'

After installing the AM, sign in with your Adobe ID, and install Photoshop Lightroom and Bridge.  If you are unable to sign in, or those apps show as ​Try​as opposed to ​Install​ then contact support.
