Image doesnt display when opened

Im getting this quite a lot now, I open an image and its there open but I cant see it?! Anyone else get this or am I just the lucky one? I usually end up shutting the program and opening it again to resolve the problem.

I see your using some version of Photoshop cc 2017 on some mac model that has some version of mac software.

No problem like that on my Windows workstations and surface.  It may help if you identify your hardware and mac OS.

Does this happen if you disable your GPU under the 'Performance' section of your Preferences? Restart Photoshop before trying this out.
