Cannot open any photo in Adobe PS CS6

While trying to open any photos in my Bridge library I'm getting this message: "Adobe Photoshop CS6 cannot be opened because of a problem"

Below is this is the problem report I'm getting. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?

All images are located on the computer. I think it happened after rebooting my computer from time machine.

not yet, but since I cannot open PS I can't also deactivate. Wonder if deactivation is necessary before I will uninstall the software. Secondly, once I uninstall PS software, can I download it from adobe web?
