Photoshop CC 2017 and 1 Month purchase.

I have just recently downloaded Photoshop CC trial, was then looking at what amount of time I needed and then wanted to know, ...

1: Is it possible to buy a month, then nothing for 2 months, then buy another month.?

2: If possible are all my files kept intact in between use?

I am retired due to disabilities and don't use the program very much, but there is nothing else like it, and I had over 6years experience using it in the Web Design field. I have just recently helped a friend make some fliers for a Reunion get together, and using the layers & remembering how easy it makes the whole process made me wonder.
