I purchased lightroom 6 as a stand alone upgrade product. I have been using 5.7. When I installed 6 some of my images and key words disappeared and I now have some corrupted images What can I do to solve this problem? I am very disappointed that there is no phone support. I have spent hours looking thru your written support and have gotten nothing but a headache.
How many of your keywords disappeared, and how many images disappeared? When you started Lightroom 6, did you choose to allow Lightroom to upgrade your catalog?
