Why can I no longer import my photos?

I went into Lightroom CC, and tried to import new photos but it is not letting me. I signed out, and signed back into Adobe. What is the issue?

Well, I'm pleased to report it is importing now. Sometimes restarting the ol' Mac works wonders.
