Canon EF 50mm f1,8 STM

Hi all!

Can't understand . LR CC doesn't allow to apply lens profile for Canon EF 50mm f/1,8 STM, though I can see this profile in specific folder.

That profile will only work with CR2 raw files. Are you using JPEG files?

What folder location are you looking at and what LR version are you using? This lens profile was added in LR 6.1 and CC 2015.1. Here's what I see inside LR CC 2015.8:

Did you try the link I provided to download the update directly? The build number you are showing indicates that you are still using Lightroom 6.0. The current build number is 1099473. From what I have gathered from the other responses, you won't be able to have the lens profile you are looking for until you update.

LR 6.0 does not have the Canon 50mm F1.8 STM lens profile. If the Creative Cloud app isn't showing updates for LR download and install the update file for CC 2015.8 here:
