Wow! I used this product twice, and now you charge me 45 dollars to cancel my subscription! That's not good business practice in my opinion!

This was posted in a forum for discussing the forum (Forum Comments). I'll have a moderator move your post to the Creative Cloud forum since this post is in reference to the CC model and not to the forums themselves.

Also, I'm sorry the subscription cancellation fee was a surprise. I know not everybody reads the member agreement when they sign up for things. I don't work for Adobe, so I can't really do anything to help except to sympathize with you.

Also, I should point out that this is a user-to-user forum. Most of us are just users like you, so saying, "YOU charged me" isn't really fitting since none of us did!
