Can't see Blurb ICC (cmyk) profile in Photoshop CC 2017

I have both the Blurb rgb profile for Mac and the cmyk one installed in my user library ColorSync folder, but only the RGB version shows up in the Photoshop menu.

Try placing it into Macintosh HD>Library>ColorSync, not User>Library>ColorSync

That worked. Thanks. I put it in the HD>Library>ColorSync>Profiles>Recommended folder.
