LR CC and LR 6 are the same program. same download, same files get installed on your drive.

... and to buy a standalone, perpetual license scroll down on the main adobe web page and click on products at the bottom. In the opening page scroll down to LR and click buy on the right side (do not click on LR on the left side!) and then select the appropriate options.
