Photoshop Elements 15 to Photography Bundle

SO I just bought Elements 15 from Adobe just under 2 weeks ago , I now see that for $9.99 a month i can get the full Photoshop and Lightroom.... will Adobe return the Elements so i can Purchase the Cloud version ?
