SIERRA UPGRADE TROUBLE

i upgraded my MAC to Sierra and neither Lightroom or Photoshop will start.  Adobe asks me to sign in over and over and over.  Once Lightroom does start, it opens multiple programs.

I cannot find any help in the Adobe support room.

It would help if you could tell the version of the software you are using, in the meantime this may help:

The program now thinks I have a trial version.
