How do I move this rectangle

i downloaded a standard text transition template and would like to know how to move the tan colored rectangle in the screenshot that is determining when the words are cut off, i cant seem to do it...help would be much appreciated

if someone would like to see the entire file i can try sending as well

Well, most of the layers have track mattes set, so presumably something is going on there. Start by truning off these options and the effects and analyze the structure of the project in normal modes.
