When doing that I get a msg saying annotations are only possible on

presentations.

In the image I supplied note there is a green bar that represents the recording. Is the playhead on the green bar? If not, you need to place it there before trying to add an annotation.

As you can see from this image, I placed two text boxes into the yellow presenter section by creating them in the green presentation section first and then shifting them across. When I play the project, the text boxes appear when they reside in the green section, but not when they reside in the yellow. What am I doing wrong please?

Secondly, how do I change the time duration that the text appears. I've tried grabbing the right and left arrows the annotation bubbles but that moves them, doesn't stretch them
