We would like to create videos very similar to this video using adobe cloud. Can someone take us through the process of creating videos like these?

We would really like to keep adobe creative cloud. However, if it can't do what we NEED it to do, then it is of no use to us.

animate pro can definitely create that and after effects and premiere pro can probably create that.

It's all true - this software is all about that, but keep in mind thatif You have no  practice in this kind of job, You probably will be struggling with it a lot - it is not "wizard-kind" software. Before You buy software, download trial version, and try to make short animation with companion of tutorials which You can easly find for example on the YouTube.
