Adobe Photoshop CC 2015: Could not complete your request because of a program error

While using Photoshop CC 2015 suddenly the power interrupted and when the power goes back I couldn't open the file that I'm currently working and it gives me an error 'Could not complete your request because of a program error.'

I've checked my C:\Users[pcname]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 Settings\PSErrorLog.txt

Drop me some answer if you know this error and tell me how to fix this. Thanks a lot

Does it have all available updates?

Why are you using CC2017 (and not CC2017)?

I'm a student and my terminal has a Windows 8.1 (OS).

On the CC version I don't know since our technical staff done the installation.

and I guess because our machine couldn't catch up with the specs requirement  of cc2017.
