hi there,
There's an asynchronousExportFile, any asynchronousPrint alike function available?
Thanks

Not that I know of.
Why would you need that?
Is the printer not able to spool the print stream?
Or are the files gigantic in size and streaming will take an eternity?
You could also think of a PDF hotfolder system where exported PDFs are automatically printed.

Uwe

I second Uwe. It's probably best to deport the print process into Acrobat so you can keep on working with InDesign. It would still need some time to output PDF though.

Hi Loic,
not necessarily Acrobat.
Just a printer that is working with a hotfolder system for PDFs.

asynchronousExportFile allows background exporting, i thought there might be one for Print as well, so that i can work on 'other stuff' while printing.
