adobe draw application for ipad

I have used the Adobe Draw application on 2 different ipads (one very new and one older) and every time that I open the application then it crashes.  Is there a problem with the application or my ipad? How can I open it so that I can use it without crashing?

Thanks for confirming. However, I don't see the OS details in your reply.

Kindly confirm me the OS version only of the iPad device.

Also, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application on your device?

Just in case if you haven't, try the steps below:

1. Uninstall the application

2. Reboot your Device

3. Reinstall the application from the App Store.

My OS is 10.2.1 on my iPad.

I have tried to reinstall and the same issue occurs.

Hi Danielle,

Our design apps require a lot of processing power and memory, there could be a possibility that the crashings is related to this only.

Could you please check the amount of storage on your device which is free and the speed/age of the processor?

Sheena,

I'm having the same issue. The app keeps crashning or freezing on multiple devices. I've reinstalled repeatedly, done hard restarts and processing bandwidth is not an issue. All software is up to date and all devices are new or relatively so.

Any other suggestions? Very frustrated!

Done.

3 main problems:

- app tosses me out (started this am was working fine before 9:30 EST. CN see that the app is trying to load info (spinning wheel in top left corner) but eventually gives up and throws me out.

- on reinstall after hard restart I can briefly access the app but eventually the pop up new info screen shows up and freezes me out.

- App can no longer access my Adobe Capture library
