Targeting selected sequences for information return or export

I am trying to get some simple marker information (title, timecode) from a few (10-20) sequences out of my project that has over 150+ sequences in all. Looking through all the sample information I see a whole lot of activeSequence targeting, but have not found any way to select a few sequences in the project window and have the code apply to just those. Is there a way to do this?

This would also be helpful in exporting OMFs based on the selected items.

If this is not possible, is there a way to target a specific bin, and have the sequence looping begin only within that bin?

Thanks

There is currently no API around project selection.

You can certainly walk across a project, and manipulate (for example) only those sequences contained within a bin.
