Is there an issue with saving user modified workspaces?

I've modified and saved existing ( standard, Essentials)  workspaces

I've saved New user workspaces

They both allow me to name them. I see them on my bar.

but once I quit after effects and relaunch they are no longer there.

I have the latest/current update to 2017 installed.

any ideas?

thanks

Rik

Hi Rik,

As I understand it, you aren't able to save your custom workspaces. That sounds quite odd, so I'd suggest working 1-1 with our video tech support agents. Please contact them, then report back with the fix so that your post can benefit others running into the same issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Out of curiosity, are any other preferences staying when you start AE again? Try going into your preferences, changing something, then restarting AE. (Like, for example, the tick box to Hardware Accelerate panels)

See if it's the way you left it.
