Does Adobe still support Flash Web Galleries?

I've just reformatted and reinstalled Win 7 and LR4.4 and can no longer create Flash websites - is this new policy or am I just making come humongous goof in my setup?

Flash support was removed when Lr6 was released not before.

Understand that, but shouldn't my LR4 still function as before?  It's still the same code on disk, no?
