Have you installed the Creative Cloud Desktop app and are you trying to install LR from there?

You say you just bought LR. Did you buy the perpetual license LR 6 or subscribe to the Photographer subscription plan, LR CC 2015?

Samuelf35343976 I can not read the error message in the screen shot since it appears to be in French.  If the Adobe Application Manager is indicating it is damaged then see Error: "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem" .

If you have any questions regarding on how to reinstall the Adobe Application Manager/Creative Cloud desktop app then please update this discussion.

Bonsoir Jeff,

j'ai finalement résolu le problème...

Je suis passé par le terminal et j'ai utilisé les permissions.shell et ça à l'air de fonctionner.

Merci pour tout ! bon week end !

Hi Samuelf,

Please follow the steps mentioned in the link above mentioned by JeffAWright and let us know if that helps.

Here's a similar discussion Lightroom: "An error occurred when attempting to change modules."

Thanks,

Akash
