I've been editing editing on a Lenovo thinkpad customized with an ssd, and it's time to upgrade to something more powerful. I've been doing research and have been seriously conflicted between two options. They have the same processor and graphics card, and mostly similar. I would love to hear your thoughts on this!

Asus Rog: ASUS ROG GL502VM 15.6" Gaming Laptop (Intel Core i7-6700HQ/1TB HDD+128GB SSD/16GB RAM) - Open B...

Asus Zenbook: Asus ZenBook Pro 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop-Silver (Intel Core i7-6700HQ/512GB SSD/16GB RAM/Win10...

The way I'm seeing this, and keep in mind that I'm not the most hardware savvy person:

Asus Zenbook seems to be the better option for:

- better screen resolution / quality or so I've heard

- larger ssd

- touch screen is a nice plus

- better design in my opinion

- named #1 editing laptop in many websites

So it seems to be a no-brainer, except that I can't get over the fact that it only has 2gb graphics card, compared to the 6 gb of ROG!

I mostly do heavy video editing, and occasional after effects. My budget is $2000+tax

Thanks in advance for your insight!
