Indesign CC Library not working properly

Hi,

I've a problem with CC Libraries in InDesign. It's showing items as blank white areas, but seems to function in a very basic way. Screenshot below.

This seems to be the problem in both CC 2015 and CC 2017, so it must be system wide. I've only started using CC 2017 so it shouldn't be specific to this.

Any ideas?
