Adobe Lightroom 6 (not CC)

Installed Lightroom for the second time (because there is not an uninstall-file) and Lightroom does not start but give a screen saying:

Kan toegangspunt van procedure AgTransitCargo_pushTransitCargo niet vinden in DLL-bestand C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom\wichitafoundation.dll

Can anyone help me with this problem? what solution ? Thank you
