Hi, I'm doing something I've done 100 times before, exporting video to a .mov file in Animate CC. But this time it gets stuck at 87% encoded, and then after about an hour it quits and says the .mov file cannot be used by Encoder or even opened. For the life of me I cannot figure out what is going on. It is a timeline animation with no action script. Any ideas very welcome! TIA

Any chance you're on a different computer, that doesn't have QuickTime? Or that you had uninstalled QuickTime?

Check your sounds too, to make sure are they are 16 bit. You ought to go into publishing settings too, and set the stream and event settings to be Raw, 16 bit, 44.1 kHz.
