So I waited for 8 months to cancel the Adobe Stock Subscription to avoid the "penalties", then I found out today that it got renewed on Feb12 without giving me any notification. I want to get refunded and cancel the subscription. Any help Adobe? customer service is awful, I love adobe but this really has been a big let down guys..
When they found out that I was cancelling, I was told that I will be transferred to another customer service representative, and wait for 22 minutes?
If anyone in the forum can give me a quicker answer as to how I can cancel this plan without any fees and be properly refunded I would appreciate it very much

that's why I asked because and it says that I can get refunded after 14days ? but beyond that I have to pay 50% of the fee? is that the yearly fee or just the fee that I've paid for that month?
