Hi!

I have ghosts: Syncing 317 photos on Lightroom CC desktop with 0 photos in All Synced Photographs -collection, and 0 collections to sync. There are 0 photos and 0 collections in my account in lightroom.adobe.com, and all 0 in lightroom mobile apps.

Help me to get rid of the ghosts to get proper indication of sync state and progress, please? I sync and edit thousands of photos per week on both mobile and desktop, reliability of sync is therefore of essence.

Oh, and one more thing, Lightroom team, could you be kind enough to add proper export with sharpening to mobile as well, please 🙂 immediate delivery is ofter required on field.

Thanks in advance,

-Janne

On Mac it's at /Users//Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data/Sync.lrdata

On Win it would be at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

I trashed the Sync.lrdata in my Mac (Sierra). Before I trashed, I had one photo photo in eternal syncing. After I trashed, the system re-synced all of my photos to mobile, but the one photo eternally syncing is still syncing. Any further suggestion?
