Minha assinatura não aparece na minha conta Adobe.

Eu assinei o pacote completo de 1 ano pré pago do Creative Cloud, mas quando vou para a minha conta não aprece meu pacote. E como consequência quando baixei o app no meu Mac, ele está em modo de avaliação.

Os procedimentos de reiniciar o app não funcionaram. E no site não aparece minha assinatura e já foi confirmado que eu paguei.

Preciso de orientação.
