I want to use Muse to Create Landing Pages for a PPC campaign, does anyone know is a Javascript call swapping code can be added to the page?

Guess it really depends on your code. You can add code to the head tag in the page properties and you can add custom code to the page using the Insert HTML tool. If it is a simple embed code you should have no problem.
