After effects screen breaking

After effects keeps breaking my image. At 25% the image seems fine, but when I zoom out this is what happens..

Start by updating your system's graphics drivers.

I did, but it keeps happening..

Set your resolution to Auto. Or go into your preferences and set the "Hardware Accelerate...panels" option off.
