Can you describe what you are trying to achieve? The type of document you are working on, the system and version of InDesign you are using?
Many versions of InDesign exports to HTML (File>Export), keep in mind that InDesign would not be used to create websites.

It's Indesign version 2017. I asked the user for more information ... I'm a consultant, but don't have a installation.
InDesign Publish Online documents can only be hosted on Adobe servers, not on a local machine.
hmm, but due to security reasons we can't publish into the cloud. We want to publish content into our intranet
InDesign is the wrong tool to use for creating websites. If you know InDesign, Adobe Muse is easy to use for creating simple websites.
