incorrect ftp upload and html generating

i have a object fixed on the top in a breakpoint (not variable width!!!).

ok - this object is on the max width on the left in "preview" AND in "view site local browser":

if i transfer my website to FTP or HTML the site is destroy.

i think, this is a bug!

Everything works as it should. Yes, this is a mistake, but it's your mistake .

Small tip: Make the entire design is completely and only then add the breakpoints.

look at mein screenshots. in this breakpoint I would not like to pin the box in top left or  top right. only in the top. the right css is generating if i use "preview" or "site in browser" :

so is it ok and I operate so already many years.

it works in Muse, in Prewview in preview tob browser an if i export via FTP muse make a wrong CSS ...
