AE last version slow on a iMac late 2015

IMAC  late 2015 27" - 32 gi ram - processor 4Ghz - AMD R9 M395

With the last update of after effect, RAM preview are really slower than before. Often jammed

What append, do I have to change something in my setting. Don't Know what append.

Before this last update everything run perfectly

Did you ever solve this issue? Sounds very frustrating. I'd troubleshoot with a new project. Have you tried that yet? Please let us know how you are doing.
