Hi,

I need to do two separate brush actions.

Pshop CS6

1. have the brush fade but diameter stays same.

2. have brush start at a certain diameter and increase diameter to a maximum size and fade as it does so.

so as to create exhaust plumes from aircraft exhaust.

I find shape> fade but it gets narrower and becomes a point.

1. In the brush panel Set Transfer - Flow to Fade

2. Either use a tablet-pen and set shape dynamics to pen pressure and increase pressure as you draw
or
Set shape dynamics to fade and draw the stroke backwards

Hi,

drawing backwards to try and end up where I want to be coming out from is the tricky thing and alien to normal practice.

Its ending up too small by the time I get there.

I need to start with a diameter I know fits the exhaust port then draw and have it grow and fade.

Surprised Adobe havent got it fading larger, and expect us to draw backwards, I cant get control of the curve drawing backwards, always find I draw best left to right, like reading.

I also dont have a pen.
