Baiscally Nvidia rather than AMD, but according to this site the current version of After Affects doesn't use the GPU as much as Premiere (see thread above for details). The Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 was recommended on one site (not the fastest but close to it - the Titan was faster but a lot more expensive and I think some site mentioned the 1080 ti will be faster?) - but like the thread says - a lot of the time it probably won't
