Yes, it's exactly the same just use the one that says 'Fill' instead of 'Browser Fill'. Make sure you have nothing selected.

In my screen shot you can see that there is the same color in the body as the browser. I clicked on fill and tried to match the white color in the header when just choosing white didn't work. I don't understand why I'm having this issue, do you have any suggestions?
