Is it possible to change the body color in muse?

I don't want the browser and body color to be the same. How do I change the color of the body?

Click on 'Browser Fill' in your toolbar ...

Yes, it's exactly the same just use the one that says 'Fill' instead of 'Browser Fill'. Make sure you have nothing selected.

In my screen shot you can see that there is the same color in the body as the browser. I clicked on fill and tried to match the white color in the header when just choosing white didn't work. I don't understand why I'm having this issue, do you have any suggestions?
