I'm not clear on the question.  Are you unhappy that there is a bundled offer alongside the Flash Player download?

Which browser are you using? If you are using Edge, please refer to Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge)​. In case you still observe some issues let us know.
