Downloaded from Adobe site files «flashplayer24au_ha_install.exe» and «install_flash_player_24.exe» can't starts on my old Win-XP computer. Possible, it is a problem with a SHA-256 certificate which was described in our FAQ. This problem has a not trivial solution for XP. Otherwise I can start a .msi version of installer (flashplayer24_0r0_194_winax.msi) which contains in the «fp_24.0.0.194_archive» on the site, but a fresh version «fp_24.0.0.221_archive» was absent on the site. How can I get a .msi version of last offline installer? Thank you.

Hi,
The .msi installers are for the enterprise customers. Please try using the offline installer available under 'Still having problems' section on Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page.
Thanks!

Thank you for fast answer.
Unfortunately, downloaded from the site the «install_flash_player.exe» file does not run on my Windows. I already wrote about it. I can install only .msi file, but on the site I can find only the .msi version 24.0.0.194 from «fp_24.0.0.194_archive.zip» file, which was outdated and locked. Must I use the expired Flash Player now and always, or I can find the latest version of the .msi installer anywhere on the site ?
