WHERE SEND DIAGNOSTIC LOG TO ADOBE ENGINEER?

Can anyone tell me how to send a diagnostic log to adobe engineer?

Have problem with 2 files not synching with mobile . Phone chat of no use.

Are the files are not missing from the library?, please sign out & sign in from the creative cloud desktop app and try the sync again.
