I can't get it to get rid of facial flaws' gets circle, click,anotyer circle, hit enter NOTHING!!!

Can you post a photo of what you are trying to correct? There are many different flaws you could be referring to as well as many different approaches to each flaw. You may also want to check out YouTube. Unlimited number of tutorial videos on portrait retouching there.

I was asking about Develop module spot removal tool. I click on and use but it doesn’t do anything!

You're not being very descriptive in what you are doing and what is happening.

I was in develop module, using spot removal tool. Small circle. Clicked on, moved circle over red spot on face clicked an it showed the heal circle moved it to where I wanted to use spot and hit enter and nothing. Circle disappeared but nothing else.

Try the Clone option and then when you are done making all the adjustments click the DONE button at the bottom of the image window.

What is the opacity of your brush?  It should be 100%.

Not using brush, using spot removal tool.

Yes, I know.  That tool also has an opacity setting as I show in my previous post.

Please review some, or all, of the tutorials on using LR. Especially the ones that cover using the Spot Removal tool.

I was in develop module using the spot removal tool. Heal and small circle>

On my computer I placed the clone/heal cursor over the area I want to change and left click using the mouse. Pressing Enter  doesn't do anything. Seems to close the tool.
