Elements 14 Importing Files Freeze

Hi All

I cannot get Elements 14 to work on my Mac.  I cannot import files as it just freezes and I only get a lovely spinning cursor.

I see Elements 15 is out, will this resolve the problem and can I just get an upgrade?

It depends. You really haven't given us nearly enough information to speculate why version 14 won't work. (You don't even tell us which version of the Mac operating system you're using.)

But it's certainly worth downloading the free trial of version 15 to see if it works.
